Bespoke Injury Management treats a wide range of injuries. The professional training a sports therapist recieves means they have knowledge specific to each sport and the needs of an athlete competing in such sports. This knowledge is applied to the injury and the rehabilitation making it specific to you.

The list below shows ‘the injury by sport’ shows common injuries for each sport. Not all injuries are caused by sport; however DIY, gardening, walking and other leisure and every day activities can sometimes prove just as likely to cause an injury. Bespoke injury managment also treats these injuries see our list below to the right, to get an idea of the injuries we treat.

Some of the injuries on the list can be chronic injuries if you have been suffering for a substanial period of time but its never too late to begin treatment.
